Thank you for shopping with Cjulia. We would like you to read our terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of all your rights when purchasing products from our site. By ordering from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

REFUND POLICY

Please be advised, at the time we do not accept any returns or exchanges/ do refunds. Please be sure to check the size and colour of the item before you make your purchase to insure it is right for you. All items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return. We quality check all items before they are sent out.

DAMAGES/ FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival if the product is deemed as defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item please contact customer service with your name, order number and a photo of the faulty item, so that we can quickly resolve this issue.

PURCHASES

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect shipping address, CJulia is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Once your order is confirmed, we are not obliged to make any changes or cancellations.

PURCHASE PRICE

All prices quoted on the Website are in Euros. The international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank may vary. Any promo codes can only be applied at the time of sale, not after.

PAYMENT

CJulia accepts payment via credit/debit card. After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Processing time is around 1-5 business days. Please keep in mind that most jewelry pieces are handmade. We do our best to ship them out as fast as possible. Certain items are noted to have different processing times. Delays may occur when ordering around promotional sale events and holidays.

SHIPPING

Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier.

International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

We are not responsible for jewelry pieces that tarnish or break. Please review our jewelry care page to extend the wear. We ship worldwide!  

CANCELLATIONS

CJulia reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. In case of shipping issues, due to difficult situations in certain countries we reserve the right to cancel your order and give you a refund. If you're not sure if this applies to your country, please send us a message before purchasing.
